MTN in breach of contract agreement.

I took out a contract 1 August at MTN Clearwater Mall. They took a week to activate the sim, their consistent excuses is that the system isn't working. I took out the mega 10 deal which is on promotion, so i should be getting 40gb anytime and 40gb night data. I have contacted all the mtn support i could, everyone blames someone else. I logged this ticket *** and was told it will be resolved in 24 hours and that someone would call me, it is now 48 hours, still no resolution. When i asked the guy at the store whats the status of the ticket, he says its been closed and that another should be logged. He doesnt log another and they all sit there like clueless *******. I am extremely ****ed of with the service. If i dont pay a month, MTN will blacklist me and i will get penalised, but now that you are in breach of contract for not supplying what is promised, what can i do? Im just a customer without the resources to penalise you. I want my contract cancelled, i am not paying a cent for anything further, I had to run to the store a couple times, my time wasted chasing you people, making phone calls to Lison at the Clearwater branch, you have costed me enough money already, absolutely pathetic service from every contact including twitter and your lousy call centres.

My issues was finally resolved but not as a result of the hellopeter post, it was the guys on twitter who eventually assisted and you have to work hard for it. I think it costed me more chasing them to resolve my issues than what the deal is worth, so not convinced that their "promo's" are actually worth it in the end. Don't expect much except the predictable apologies, and that they have system issues and very slow responses.
I hope that they improve their service across the board, I believe there is a huge disconnect across their departments. Definitely will not consider signing up with them in future.
