MTN - IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE

It is absolutely impossible to get hold of MTN accounts department. I have an accounts query regarding a wifi contract but i can not get hold of anyone. My only hope is that someone from MNT will read this and contact me. I have been phoning 083 135 but then I need to give a phone number. I do not have a phone number as it is a WIFI contract. When I go to the What's app line the only choice i ultimately have it FAQ. MTN please let me know how the get in contact with you regarding an outstanding Wifi contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
