MTN Impossible to get hold of with queries

Had MTN numbers for quite a few years, now I find them impossible to contact. Have a problem with incorrect charges, but when you try to email them you continually get the same ridiculous replies. to fill in ID. you reply then you get one to fill in ID with spaces. You then do this (can't believe they don't employ people with enough savvy to do this), then you do that, and you get same reply. You then try to phone them but there is always something wrong, and they are experiencing difficulties. So guess i must waste time and money to go into offices., but know i will have difficulties because their fingerprint machines can never read my fingerprints!!!!! Suppose they will eventually contact me when I don't pay my account!!! Will have to try that
