MTN impossible to deal with

Someone committed ***** by taking out an expensive contract on my name in May. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human at MTN. In spite of a mailed confirmation that the ******* SIMs have been de-activated, they again took over R2000 as a payment at the end of June, and to date have not refunded me. Nor do I have written confirmation this won't happen again at the end of July. I want to speak to a manager but their electronic-only replies say they are not allowed to give out numbers.
