MTN impossible to buy from

I have tried to get a new contract from MTN for 3 weeks now, during this time I made more than 15 phone calls, collectively I held the line for over 3 hours, put the phone down our of frustration 5 times, was cut of 5-6 times, put through to the wrong department or person more than 5 times... I have sent 12 emails, which get answered 2 days later each time. I have tried to buy the package online, more than 20 times, each time the payment page experiences a problem and asks me to try again later. I wish I had a business that I could afford to turn away customers like this!
