MTN I'm shocked

Made arrangements earlier this month to make a double payment month end for the account to be up to date. Today I tried to make the payment, only to find that I'm barred by mtn account is handed over to legal because I didn't have a debit order arrangement. But i have been making manual online payments for months now!!!!What is this MTN,extremely bad service to say the least BA***
