MTN Ilula joke ( not funny )

What is going on at MTN? I'm trying to upgade 3 contracts which are due but I'm being pushed from pillar to post and everyone seems clueless regarding this ILULA situation. I am now told that I have to wait indefinitely to upgrade my contracts because no one knows when, what, why or how regarding Ilula. Upon speaking to the "service champions" , they promise to call back but they never do. I'm so frustrated and disappointed because I've always experienced good service from MTN until now.
