MTN ilula failing customers

Taking 2 days to answer a question I sent directly to your twitter account and still waiting for feedback on the Facebook question. The new ilula system has not been working since before lockdown. Trying to upgrade my iPhone at iStore Centurion with MTN is worse than pulling teeth with a pliers. MTN is not online 3 days out of the 5 days I went in to the Centurion iStore. Then my number has been moved to the ilila sytem that does not allow iStore to issue me a phone from their stock. No iStore that Centurion tried has MTN iPhone 11 Black 64GB stock. Stores have very little MTN stock but can't use iStore stock because of the 'new' system.
