MTN *******ly deducting money

My wife cancelled her contract when MTN rang her in December to tell her her contract had ended. She told the lady she in emigrating to the UK and will not need a cell contract. Despite this MTN continues to to debit her account every month, She has visited MTN retail & they say they cant end her contract, she has tried to call but no answer and shw has sent an email but they dont reply?
