MTN ******* threats

I took out a contract and cancelled the contract within 7 days. MTN has already billed me back when i took the contract and i havent asked for that money even though i was in full right to get a refund. I am almost 6 monts now out of this contract yet MTN still sends me SMS's to say im in arreas and that they going to put me in bad standing for my credit record. <br> MTN has called me on a few occassions to which i advised those agents about what had happened. The calls have stopped about 2 months back after i told them the full story but these SMS's still come through. If my credit record goes into bad standing for something i am not liable due to MTN's inability to sort their accounts out correctly, i will be forced to take legal action.<br> Stop with the threats and stop with the SMS's and close this damn account once and for all
