MTN ******* Deductions

I cancelled my MTN number ***) telephonically in August 2020 and the last premium was supposed to be deducted in September 2020. In January 2021 I was going thru my bank account & noticed that MTN were deducting an amount of R 109 / month from my account (for the months October 2020 - January 2021). I immediately contacted MTN and asked them to explain why they were still submitting an ******* deduction and demanded reimbur*****t of these ******* deductions. I have had numerous emails asking for additional information handled by numerous agents, but to date no-one at MTN seems bothered to resolve this ******* behaviour. I have responded to MTN via that I will lay ******** charges against them if they make a deduction in February 2021 and do not reimburse me the previous ******* deductions - since then they simply don't respond to my mails. I have it on good authority that MTN engages in this activity and then the customer has to fight to get their money reimbursed.
