MTN ******* deductions

MTN is driving me crazy. In November 2021 I signed for their wireless wifi deal but after four visits to their Westwood mall store they could not get it functional so I asked the deal be canceled as I urgently needed wifi. The sale person even took the device home to fix but failed.

They returned my docs and the Sim fee of R150.00 within 7 days. Promises of the cancellation letter was not forthcoming however. In December 2021 they billed me R900 and January 2022 R3000.00. This affected my budget as I joined another service provider and my appeals to their regional offices were fruitless although the regional manager promised to resolve the issue. I had to wait in long queues at my bank to reverse the amounts but had to pay a fee fir this. What an inconvenience to me but MTN don't care .
