MTN ******* debited against my bank account and receiving no correspondence
MTN does not respond to any of my emails or messages regarding a ********** matter where they *******ly debited around a R1000 from my bank account.
36 days ago I last had correspondence from MTN. I'd like to know what is going on with the refund of the ******* debit against my account? When will the refund reflect in my bank account?
MTN acknowledge that they made a mistake, but has not paid back the amount.
