MTN Ignoring My Contract Cancellation Request for Over 3 Months!

I’m extremely disappointed with MTN’s handling of my data contract cancellation.

I requested to cancel my MTN data contract at the end of July 2025. I went to the same MTN branch where I signed the contract, but was told they couldn’t cancel it unless I returned the original router box.

I then emailed MTN’s complaints department, and they asked for my address to arrange collection of the router and process the cancellation. I provided all the required details immediately — yet three months later, the issue is still unresolved.

MTN has stopped responding to my follow-up emails and continues to debate my account for a service I don’t even use. This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of consumer rights.
