MTN Ignoring communications/Pathetic customer service:

Signed online contract deal. MTN courier service refusing to deliver to my work address. Trying to cancel the contract, and not getting any response from MTN. Pathetic service from MTN. Quick to sign a contract deal, but not so quick to deliver customer service.
