MTN ignores your proof of payments on purpose so that they can Charge you extra interest...and they refuse to fix the problem. They want your credit rating to look like **** first

I've been struggling for 3 Months to sort out my account. I made a full payment on the 3rd of Dec to level my account to R0. its now March. Ive been handed over, Ive been charged interest and my sim has been grey listed. I emailed and called the customer care many times. I had to send my proof of payment, which I did....and everytime nothing happens. I will then complain again.... And again they ask me for proof of payment, which I did + my bank statement showing the money was sent + highlighted screen shots of the reference number bank details I was given to make the payment + highlighted screen shots showing the correct reference number and banking details I used. YOU TOOK MY MONEY, YOUR HANDING ME OVER TO THE COURTS, YOU CHARGED ME INTEREST, YOU SHAT ON MY CREDIT RATING... I COMPLAINED OVER AND OVER AND PROVED MY PAYMENT....... YET YOU GUYS JUST GO ON CHARGING INTEREST, KILLING MY CREDIT RATING, BLOCKING MY PHONE..... ***********, blind, on purpose, *****s, dumb, can't read, ******???? What then?
