MTN ignores you when they owe you money

I opened an MTN contract at Incredible Connection in September 2022. The Incredible Connection agent then told me MTN is unable to see the application on their side and gave her instruction to cancel the application on the Incredible system and redo the application. When the debit order went off it went off double. Turns out MTN actioned both contracts. Me and Incredible Connection went back and forth with MTN to remove the additional contract. Finally in January 2023 they canceled the contract, and then they charged me a cancellation fee!!! Now follows back and forth with MTN to get a refund. Belinda Mhlathi from MTN asked me for the statements so they to prevent delays and that they can refund me, and then they ignore me after I send it! To this date Belinda ignores me no matter how many emails I send, and neither does she pick up her phone. The same for her colleagues when I ask for feedback. MTN is quick to act when a person owes them money, but when they owe you money they ignore you to the nth degree hoping you will just forget about it.

I will be in touch with my lawyer to open a case of ***** against MTN. At this point MTN cannot say that they did not know the transaction was *****ulent. Both myself and Incredible Connection notified them constantly, and there are multiple contacts on the email trail!
