MTN IGNORES MULTIPLE REFUND REQUEST

I have been waiting for a simple issue of a refund from MTN.

I have made numerous calls to them, I have been through multiple departments and people, and no one can help.

I have sent through 9 emails to the provided addresses, only to receive an automated response.

I have however, been contact twice via email by 2 MTN representatives. After responding to those emails, there have no further communication from them.

I have been a loyal customer of MTN for many years, and God forbid the error was on my part, my lines would have suspended immediately. However when the error is on MTN's part, there is simply no consequences for them, and no priority to their clients.
