MTN ignores me and despite my requests to them, still sends my monthly invoice to another person

These are my issues with MTN:

1. My Invoice and Statement are being sent MONTHLY to an e-mail address, despite me asking numerous times after MTN Billing first started doing this, that MTN change this (in shop and online via Social Media FB and telephonically). I was told by MTN Customer Services that my details reflect my correct e-mail address. I was then disconnected. I have provided MTN with my correct e-mail address more than once and yet they keep sending my invoice and statements to another e-mail address that is a serious breach of personal privacy. I do not receive ANY information regarding my own account to my own e-mail address.

2. My account is being charged monthly for itemised Billing and yet I have no access to the Itemised billing being billed

3. MTNChoice 8GB - I have NO access to this Data, although I am being billed for it.

4. How do I check my invoices to see what the total billed is and whether it is correct if my invoices are being sent by MTN to another e-mail address and MTN refuses to change it to my e-mail address?

I have sent this to MTN Legal Dept since March 2024 and to numerous other representatives of MTN (including Debt Collectors who keep increasing the apparent amount owing and have taken to attempting debits on my banking account that are rejected by my bank). To date, I have not received any response from MTN other than an email asking for my ID number, that I have sent to their Legal Dept numerous times.

I await their response.

Reviewer Update
As a follow-up to my previous issue that MTN has to date not responded to, and will most likely not respond to based on their past behavior, MTN has now attempted to debit my banking account (plse see below) with R5000 that was not successful (without replying to ANY of my requests to them!! -
