MTN ignores legally binding requests

How do MTN keep unhappy customers? They simply throw their requests to cancel their contracts in the dustbin! Not surprised really as I posted to that effect on the 22 July 2015 at 9h00, after MTN gave me a reference number to cancel my three contracts. Phoned now and there is no reference on the system. How do we escalate this and is there a regulatory authority to complain to? MTN I have LEGAL right to cancel my contracts with you!!! And don't ask me to inbox you as you don't reply on those.<br>
