Mtn ignores ***** claims for payment

In Dec 2020, I was a victim of data *****. I immediately reported this to mtn. It is Oct 2021...no resolution except a demand for payment of R9000, 200gigs worth. I sent the number of the *******, which must be Rica and thus have a name...i sent the number that was loaded to my profile I imagine to facilitate a data transfer. I managed to block the transfer. The data was saved in my account where it still sits and mtn refused to reverse it. I've done all I can...countless emails and calls..all I get is pay or blacklisting....
