Mtn ignorence

Mtn is about to put me in credit bereau, for their ignorence, someone had opened a contract using my identity when i tell them i dont knw anything about that contract, they told me to open a case of which i did, after sometimes i got fone calls from their dept collectors (nudept) i also told them whats goin on they ve asked me to send affirdavit case no and all the documents of which idid, still nw no responce from both side mtn and nudept, bt wat i have received is the email saying i must pay the money before my name being ruined, i find myself helpless, no one has foned me telling me abt the progress of investigation, their very quiet bt very good in sending emails asking the money, i wilndnt recomend mtn to anyone for their ignorence
