MTN ignore you and just keep taking money out of your account.Beware!

One star just to get this box opened. Beware of MTN! They simply keep debiting your account, ignoring your written request to terminate the contract. Both business contracts are out of contract and running on a month-to-month basis. I wrote the termination letters, submitted them to the SME cancellations Email address. I received a request for an online call where an MTN staffer tried to convince me to take a new package. I said I don't need the contracts anymore and would prefer for both to be cancelled. This was acknowledged verbally, but not in writing. In August I saw the debits continue on my account, even through I had already written to MTN in early July. Nobody is responding to emails anymore, which is not unexpected. Sell communication but stonewall the client if they want something from you. I highly recommend you avoid MTN at all costs. They will take your money even you ask them to cancel contracts that are out of contract. Deal with MTN at your financial peril
