MTN ignore cancelations on purpose

All these MTN reference numbers and yet nothing has been done to fix it<br> <br> REQ:*** logged 7 May<br> REQ:*** logged 12 May<br> REQ:*** logged 4 June<br> REQ:*** logged 9 June<br> REQ:*** Logged 23 June <br> <br> MTN are you really that good at giving your customers the finger?<br> <br> And once again trying to ***** the money from my account this month?<br> <br> My contract was cancelled and the number actually moved in APRIL already.<br> So I know you guys really, really do not care about client services since you will just continue billing them even though they moved away.<br> But Stop this bull now. <br> <br> Hang on MTN is going to respond to this with a new reference number saying \your query has been sent to the relevant department for resolution"<br> What it translates to is \""We will reply here as though we actually care but we are going to ignore your complains while still trying to ***** money from you\""<br> <br> They will also claim it is because of the strike but this started well before your strike<br> So stop trying to ***** money from people who left you.<br> """
