MTN | Ignition Group | **** about the Promotion Offer

About a year ago, I upgraded my data contract based on the assurance from a consultant that it would be the same as my previous one, with 80 gigs of data. However, when I checked, they had only given me 60 gigs of YouTube data instead.

I've been trying to resolve this with MTN customer service, but they keep redirecting me to their promotion company, Ignition Group.

Ignition Group either cut my call or say they can not assist.

The back and forth between MTN and Ignition Group is ridiculous

I find it confusing that Ignition Group claims to represent MTN, yet MTN arent able to step in and sort this mess out

MTN keeps pushing me Ignition Group

Can someone please sort this issue out
