Mtn if I could I would rate the service a zero.....

I've had such bad service with MTN Insurance. I logged a claim for my device on 20 Oct. Claim was only approved 25 Oct. On the 27th at 15:53 I received an sms that I need to back up my information a courier will come right after that also at 15:53 I got another sms says that the courier is on route to collect my device. I then quickly backed up my device and waited for the courier. I waited at work until 6pm for the courier which never showed up and I decided to leave. On the 28th I called MTN Insurance and they said the courier was only scheduled for the 28th but I received the sms on the 27th. So on the 28th once again I waited for the courier until 6pm with no one showing up. I phoned MTN today again. They stating that the business was closed and I did not pick up the phone. But I never received a call and I waited until 6pm. I also asked MTN what am I going to do without a device for the time the device is being repaired and I got a rude answer on email from an employee stating that I can arrange my own device at my own costs.

I've been with MTN vir more than 6years. I'm quiet frankly very irriated with there service. They are QUICK to take your money and VERY SLOW to give service.
