MTN Idiots - Terrible Service

Shocking terrible service. They can't find my contract or receipt which means I wasted money taking out insurance on my Samsung. Whatever anyone does do not take out screen insurance, you won't be able to claim. Also they keep changing me from an open account (as I have been for the last 25years) to a pay as you go even though my credit limit is R19 000. I have spent literally hours and hours calling them again and again and again.....
