MTN IDENTITY THEFT ****

MTN allowed someone to takeout a cellphone contract with them without my concern ! I have never, not even once, have ever opened any cellphone contract whatsoever with these guys and yet I am getting emails with billing invoices from MTN that I have to pay, I have been a victim of IDENTITY THEFT and I did go into the MTN store in Tablebay Mall but they told me I should email their customer care people in which I did email them and they requested for supporting documents in which I did submit to them immediately without fail on the 11 of April 2021 and I had instructed them to cancel and stop any cellphone contract taken under my name but till today they have not yet responded to emails, MTN just took off money again from my bank account now on the 25th of April 2021. This is serious ***** and MTN knows about it but they are not doing anything to solve this case and close it up, I believe it is an inside job as they are not taking my case and grievance serious enough so please guys assist me to expose and get these MTN to take ownership of this ********** act !!!!
