MTN - Identity theft, ***** and theft

Someone got a hold of my details and opened a contract with MTN in my name. I have never done business with MTN nor have I given them permission to access my bank accounts or any of my details. I have never shared or divulged my details to anyone, so it is a case of identity theft. A debit order went through on my account Monday 26 September 20:13. The next day I reversed the debit order and went to the Mall@Reds branch. A sales consultant at the branch informed me that I have to go to the police. I went to the police, got my ID certified and had an affidavit done. I immediately took the documents back to ********** On the Friday (30/9) a sales consultant phoned me to inform me that the contract was cancelled and the debit order would not go through again. The consultant confirmed that the contract was **********. The ***** department had apparently done an investigation. On both occassion (in the store and on the phone call) I requested that copies of all the relevant documentation be sent to me. I have to take all the evidence to the police. I have received about two sms stating that you are still working on my request. Today (25/10) the debit order went through on my account again. So MTN has done exactly nothing. The debit order was not stopped. Was the contract cancelled? I cannot finalise the investigation and provide any evidence to the police. Have you done anything? If I do not have feedback and copies of relevant documentation (contract, ID, payslips etc.) by the end of working day tomorrow (26/10). I will be taking matters further. I have already seeked legal advice.

A week has passed and still no feedback. Please stop sending generic replies that make it look like MTN is attending to the matter. The company has not attended to anything. I would once again like to request that someone contact me. You have my details. I have sent it on messenger (fb) and the details are on my hellopeter profile.
