MTN Identity Theft and ********** Contract

I noticed in January 2022 that an MTN cellphone contract was **********ly opened using my name. I went to the police station did an affidavit and report the matter to an MTN store in Wonderpark Mall (Akasia in Pretoria). I was given a reference number and told to phone the number 083 135 after two weeks. When I called the number I could not get through to any consultant because I 'm required to punch in an MTN number, which I do not have. The account has been handed over to MTN's debt collectors SAYA Recoveries, whom I sent my documents reporting the ***** to MTN. To date I am still getting calls from SAYA to pay the contract I did not take with MTN. I went back to the MTN store this time I was given the number *** to follow up on the matter report, to my disappointment I still did not get help. MTN what must I do to get this matter resolved.
