MTN identity theft

I was at the mall of africa store applying for wifi, the lady took my documents and told me she can not process my order as I did not have my original ID, she then kept my documents, I did not return to the store but a month later by account was debited for 500 the next month I was debited for 5000, capitec could not assist as they keep using different references to debit my account, I was then sent from the store to the head office where I have been running up and down tirelessly and still not assisted as the lines are too long and there only being one consultant.
