MTN ID THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

MTN offers the worst service ever. I did a cancelation in March and they only canceled it on month of July, after being debited for 4 months and i didn't have their service since i canceled in March. And now they're taking time to refund me after i was told it'll take 2 weeks to be refunded... And shortly today on the 13th of September I'm told that my refund its on the mtn account.. Why didn't they refunded to my personal account considering I've canceled... That's ********** of mtn. Refund my money to mtn account... Winter came and gone and I'm still struggling with mtn. I just want to be refunded my money.
