MTN I want my refund

I am very disappointed in the level of service that I have received from MTN. I have been requesting for a refund on my overpaid contract for the last 3 weeks now. I have sent them countless emails with no response and when I call them, either they drop the phone, or I get transferred from pillar to post no assistance.
