MTN I want my phone back

Specifically MTN Gateway , My contract phone has been gone to repairs for over a month now and the lady who assisted me Carmel Kisten said it should take about 2 weeks to return , I gave it in on the 20th of July 2019 and up to this date my phone hasn't returned . No quotation has been given to me as I requested initially since the repair will be out of warranty because of a cracked screen and as well as a lose charging port. Before they commence on repairing the phone I should know how much I am going to pay but they've been silent .

Lady by the name of Gugu wasn't of much assistance when she took over the matter and I now I want my phone back even so unrepaired because they've failed me for over a month I don't have my phone and I have to pay for it month end .

Nosi the manager says she's handling the matter now but not even the time frame she gives to let me know how long I might wait for the phone from now onwards .. could be another 2 months I suppose.

I thought y'all should know this.
