MTN I Want My Money Part 2

I am sick and tired of calling MTN for my refund. Last week I reviewed their business it appears they don't want to change their rating because their bad service continues. Their complaints office did not follow up on my matter. I called MTN again last week and they escalated my matter again and said they would have paid in 48 hours I am still waiting. Now I have two files with the same matter. If my money is not paid and cleared by Monday the 17th September 2018 they will have to deal with my lawyers.
