MTN I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

I bought a phone on contract which was ending January 2023. To my surprise after I have called and it was confirmed that the contract ended, they still debited for another 3 months. I have called and called and called but no help comes from MTN. Every month is a different story they even hang up on me while I am still enquiring. No outstanding amounts were communicated to me when I called to confirm the end of contract with them but now every single time I call I am told about arrears and it being the last month of debit but they still debit next month. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of MTN.
