MTN I Want My Money!

I am very disappointed with MTN refund system. This is the second month I have been waiting I have been receiving different stories from their consultants. The first one was rude and never even gave me even a reference. The second said 7 to 14 working days. The third one said my file is still open they are working on it and it will take 21 working days. We have entered the second month there has been no communication whatsoever. I want my R596. I am disturbed and disappointed that such a big company fails to refund me such a small amount.
