MTN I hate you more than Eskom

I have never ever in my life experienced such bad service! I signed for a new contract with MTN Clearwater Mall on the 1st August 2020 and today 30th August my sim is still not activated! They have given me all sorts of stories, they ignore my calls, I have explained that I need a phone for my business and my mom is ill my family needs to get hold of me in emergencies but they don't care, I have tried numerous times to speak to the owner of the store and they refuse to give me his number! Congratulations MTN I hate you more than Eskom! Bad service is just inexcusable!!!!
