MTN - I don't think they want my money.

So i went to upgrade a contract on black Friday at my MTN branch in Richards Bay. They could not do it since it was an on-line only deal. So i went online to do it. Once done, i waited and waited, and im still waiting. So i call MTN on Friday afternoon, and they say i must call their service provider, which i did. They were closed on Friday at 4pm, so i had to wait to today. I called them today, and they refer me to DSV, who suppose to deliver. I call DSV, and the phone is still in Durban (Im in Richards Bay) because they cannot get a hold of me. They give me the number that they have tried, and it is a data line that MTN had sold me 2 years ago with a modem - MTN has this as my primary number). Thus the line will not go through since it is a data line. They could not change it on their side, so i figured, only MTN can sort this out. SO i call MTN, and i have to wait, then i get a consultant who cannot help, it must go to their superior. By this time I've called 4-5 people, figure they don't want my business. From MTN, to Mondo, to DSV, back to MTN, and now i have to wait for a supervisor. So i just decide to cancel. I tell the consultant to just forward my documentation to cancellations, Ill cancel the contract. So i call 135 for a consultant to cancel, and then they put me through to retentions, and i wait 22 minutes and 48 seconds and still no answer. I suppose they did retain me, because they did not answer.
