MTN - I don't have words anymore - PATHETIC!!!!!!!

So last month MTN deducted almost R2 000 extra from our bank account, for a fault on their side. My husband phoned them numerous times, and after my previous post on Hellopeter, they phoned us and confirmed we now have a credit and no amount will be deducted from our bank account this month. My husband actually phoned them again on Monday where they again confirmed there is a credit and no money will be deducted. To my surprise, MTN deducted the monthly premium from my bank account today. WHAT THE HELL - ARE YOU SO FLIPPEN STUPID AND ***********?????????? MTN's fault is costing me money now - MTN you better get your house in order very quick and sort this flippen mess out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!! You are actually *****ing from us now.
