MTN I beg you

I wrote a review in November last year asking MTN why they will not talk to their customers. Next day I received a letter from them saying they are looking into it. I heard nothing. So I wrote a review on the Monday 4th again begging them to talk to me. On Tuesday I received a letter from Zanele Mazibuko. They had phoned twice but I could not take the call. they promised to call back. It is now Thursday and nothing from them. This shows they care nothing about customers. Again MTN talk to me. I have a legitimate beef
