MTN I am fedup by your empty promises

MTN wrongfuly blacklisted my device. Which is a new contract device.I have made all human effort to patiently communicate with MTN to unblacklist my device. their useless consultants keep telling me to wait 3 days.On the other day the same consultants changed their statements and told me that my device will be unblacklisted after 21 days. I waited and waited as i was told to wait until 31st of March.Today is the 31st of March. My lovely Samsung J1-Ace which is still new can't simply make or receive a call.amazingly it is now able to connect to internet but cant register to network for calls and messages.MTN you disapointed me.I never thought that after I have been your loyal customer since 2011 you can treat me like this. You don't even hesitate to send me a monthly bill which includes payment for the phone you blacklisted without my consent and which for now you can't manage to unblacklist for over a month.

Is this how MTN treats loyal customers? So you expect me to continue with a contract and pay for a phone I am not using? If its like that then you will continue to loose customers.Your consultant even rudely told me to cancel my contract if I want its not her business. Is that so?
