MTN hypocrites

I have been a loyal customer with MTN for the past 6 years now, from sim contracts to home internet. Although my experience has been bearable at best, the past 2 years from the inception of this email, my experience has been nothing short of unbearable i would go so far as to say disgraceful.

From simply changing my address on the MTN system which has not happened till today to waiting over 50 minutes , on the line just to speak to a consultant about a general enquiry and going so far as simply denying to deal with issues i presented just because MTN is in search of a bigger pay day. Now picture this, my plead for the resurrection of a state owned enterprises such as MTN to take back the will of the people, originated from spending more than 2 days without my home internet not working

2 days: doesn’t sound that concealing, until you consider that this wifi I’m speaking of powers and enables my security cameras which looks after to my entire business, my entire life savings all put in jeopardy because of an attitude problem by MTN

My concern is not with the labour force of MTN, No! It is with the hypocrites and self proclaimed bureaucrats of MTN. Those who deem themselves unworthy of the commoners worries and those who would rather sell out to ears to Afghanistan, Iran (IRANCELL LABS) and the Government of South Africa (ANC) and claims of supporting Non state actor groups in the Middle east.

I will never in my life and in the memory i leave behind again support MTN, and i will do my utmost best to ensure that everyone i come in contact with will know about the horrible things i have experience with your Monopoly.

I am desperately against the use of MTN because of how me and my fellow South African has been treated. Shame on those who call themselves service providers of MTN

And i want to encourage those who read this message to consider looking into the South African Public Investment Corporation which is the largest shareholder of MTN (IRANCELL LABS) because it is this government entity that controls all out pension funds.
