MTN HVRC

i sent in my iPhone device at their repairs center and every time i call them or email them regarding my device the stories that they keep on telling me don't match.

over the phone they're telling me at my device is still awaiting a technician to assess it and when I email them their stories don't even add up

HVRC support told me that they received my device on the 15th of July today its the 24th of August and they still haven't checked my device
