MTN! How dare you recycle my number??

MTN recycled my number that I have been using for 4 years. I have lost new clients because of this. How can they just recycle a number or allow it to be sim swopped when we all have to RICA our numbers? I want my number back but MTN is not helping me at all! First I'm told I need to get an affidavit. I get that! Then I'm told I need to sign a contract. I have tried that! Still, my number is not mine again. This is utter nonsense. Give me my number back, MTN! I will be putting this on every single MTN shop I find on Google maps today!
