MTN how can we ruin your day?

MTN double deducted my account on the 7th October 2020 for no reason.I am not in arrears with my payments. After so many phone calls and reference numbers they were suppose to use the credit for November's billing. Just to find out there is another deduction planned November. This is *****. They make money out of the interest. The worst of all is I am not the only client this happened to. No apology, no refund, no call, no communication. I stopped the debit order with them and honesty hope they do not deduct again.I will not renew my contract again with them!
