MTN horror

Bought the month to month home router. Connection was pretty bad but I continued using. After a month I was unable to pay my subscription and connection was cut off. I called MTN to cancel my subscription. I was told I owe 3100. After having it for only 2 months. Tried contacting them without luck they stopped responding to emails. I was told I’ll have to bring back the router in case of cancellation without charge. I’m surprised I can’t get any help from them now. I’m very disappointed with how they handled this matter.
