MTN HORRIFYING SERVICE!

I have struggled with MTN, I app**** for LTE Uncapped month to month. went in to the store in nelspruit, paid over R 600 including the R 150 for a simcard. 3 weeks later it has been shut off for ni right ason stating you need to oay 30 days ahead... i called the customer line said i didnt pay the full ammount and and amount if R500 and something is still outstandin... which means the staff is nit getting proper training or is not listening when they are being trained. after a month if having data i am having the same problem all over again and need ti oay over R 1000 again never the less but MTN is not keeping at the contract that was signed where they state R 399 per month. and increasing as they like with extra excuses each time. ... i ****ing had it

i will NOT RECOMEND ANYONE USING MTN AS THEY CAN SEE WHERE THEY CAN PULL MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU FOR NO REASON AND DO NOT KEEP THE CONTRACT AMOUNT THAT AS APROVED!
