MTN - horrifying customer service

MTN bill usually sent on the 10th - still hasn't been generated. Call centre a nightmare, hold times are ridiculous, systems exceptionally slow. How is it that they aren't able to pick up a delay of 18 days. Shocking customer service. Waiting half a day on the phone to get this resolved.... horrifying customer service!
