MTN horrific service

MTN ref ***6 I have been a customer if MTN for 24 years. Lately service is non existent. For over a week I have been trying to contact the online shop. I have received numerous reference numbers, the latest one is above. The consultant will call me and after a few seconds of conversation the line goes dead. This happened again today. This time the consultant did call back for the second time but that call also went dead. After that ... not a word from MTN! There is NO phone number a client can phone, emails are sent a standard acknowledgement that they will contact me but they never do. It's not only the MTN numbers that go dead, I have called numerous people, companies over the last week, most of them also just go dead. The signal seems to be the problem and upon querying this problem from MTN customer care, all we get is yes it's a problem but they are working on it.the ONLY number that is contactable is the standard 135. I'm at my wits end and would like MTN to find out why I can never finish a call from their staff.
